A test of pride for Sparkling despite Kadziewicz’s injury.

Sparkling manages to grab a Point from Piacenza after a two hour battle.
Despite finding out about Kadziewicz’ injury (news to come), Spairani as a great captain (9 points) contributed to the cause.
After losing the third set badly, the team put together some attitude and pride led by an irresistable Samica (19 points followed by Gardner 16 points) and by a Giombini able to score heavy points, won the fourth set.
It’s head to head in the first set then it ends 25-20 and an exiting second set finishes on 25-27.
Milano starts well in the 3rd set but the hosts react straight away and fly to a winning 25-15.
Copra starts the fourth set on a high too going straight to 13-9 then it’s up and down finishing on 20-24 thanks to Samica’s ace.
Sparkling starts the tie break with the same line up but finds itself behind (4-0) straight away. Ricci changes the diagnoal (setter-diagonal player) with Travica and Giombini while Milano reacts then Piacenza goes back up by 4 points. Sparkling catches up with Martino and Samica (8-6) but Piacenza does not give up (10-6). Coach Ricci calls a TO.
Milano is back to minus 2 but Zlatanov gets the 13th point and Bravo the next closing the match.
