The countdown for the first match of the tile finals between Sisley Volley & Copra Piacenza is almost over: Game 1 scheduled on Thursday 10 May at 8.30PM at the Palaverde.

SISLEY VOLLEY – Two days to arrive a the Thrusday match against Piacenza. All the players will be at Daniele Bagnoli’s disposal.
SAMUELE PAPI, 10° FINALE – He has reached his 9th season with Sisley Volley. Against Copra Piacenza it will be his 10th finals, the 8th with Treviso after the first two played with Cuneo, defeated by Sisley Volley, in 1996 and in 1998.
Samuele Papi is looking for his 6th title: “A final has always a particular athmospher, you never get used to the emotions you can feel in such appointment – Samuele Papi said- . The path of this year has been surely different compared to the past years, considering that we had great difficulties especially because of the injuries we had in the past spring. Now everyone is getting better: we did lose two important players for more than one month but we have been able to win in any case the Coppa Italia and win the quarters and the playoff semifinals. Vermiglio has recovered and now also Cisolla is getting much better”.
On the other side of the net, Copra Piacenza facing some injuries as well: “Also them, despite their injuries, the show how strong they are, the semifinal with Cuneo has been a proof. I think that they will play full of spirit, enthusiasm and attitude. It is going to be a very tight series. Maybe our serve can make the difference but Piacenza spikers are playing with amazing attack percentages so also our block must be very good!”.
