Fiorese Spa Bassano:
Ten Days after the victory in Pineto, Fiorese tries again: on its path this time there is Codyeco S.Croce, third in the regular season and so already qualified for the semifinals. In these days all the fans are thinking about the great mission made by the team two seasons ago when they have been able to reach the playoff final. The situation is pretty similar now but every season has its own history. Bassano has to make another mission impossible in order to write another important page on its history book. Fabbiani and teammates will not give an easy life to Bassano. Santa Croce has all the intentions to go back in Serie A1 after last year relegation.
To make it the Lupi will have first of all to wins against Bassano Volley. In Bassano the spirit is really high, the boys are in great shape and the dream to reach the final is still on. And dreaming costs nothing. All the town is with the team, the proof has been the more than 2000 people that watch at the PalaBassano Game 2 of the quarters.
The semifinal will be really tough and Bassano is not a surprise anymore after the team beated basically everyone in the past two months.
Bassano has left for Santa Croce today. Tomorrow morning the boys will train at the Santa Croce arena and at 8.30PM the first semifinal match will begin. Referees of the match will be Massimo Marchello & Nunzio Caltabiano. The appointment for Game2 has been already scheduled for Sunday 6 May at 6.00PM in a PalaBassano that it is going to be even hotter than last week. Game3 if needed will be played in Tuscany on Wednesday 9 May.
