The Championship is back after the stop for the ERGO Volley Land 2007 and the finals of TIM CUP A1 played last weekend at the Datch Forum of Assago. Itas Diatec Trentino will play in Piacenza, against the fourth team of the standing. The match will start on Sumday 11 Match at 6.00PM.
ITAS DIATEC TRENTINO: 13 points conquered in the first six matches of the second part of the championship are a very good result that should close well the regular season.
Radamès Lattari had the chance to recover a couple of players that did arrive at the match against Macerata with some problems. Brazilian Heller (out with Sisley & Lube) has almost totally recovered from his injury and will be part of the team that will go to Piacenza. Michal Winiarski has rested until today and should start to train back with the group only tonight.
PIACENZA: Copra Berni Piacenza will play in front of its crowd for the second time of the week. On Wednesday night the team coached by Pupo Dall’Olio has lost at the tiebreak against Perugia without Marshall and libero Sergio.
The coach is hoping to recover at least one of the two players for the match against Trento.
PREVIOUS MATCHES: The teams did play already 14 times with both team Piacenza and Trento able to win 7 matches.
STARTING SIXS: Radamès Lattari should start the match wtih: Meoni setter, Nascimento opposite, Gallotta and Winiarski spikers, Nemec (or Heller) and Hübner middleblockers, Bari libero.
Dall’Olio will find out if he can count or not on Marshall. If the cuban spiker will not make it he will be replaced by Cruz together with Zlatanov. The rest of the team will have: Grbic setter, Simeonov opposite, Cozzi and Bovolenta middleblockers, Sergio (or Manià) libero.
