An issue by Tonno Callipo Calabria Vibo Valentia president Pippo Callipo:
Lega Volley Superleague rules said that arenas will need minimum 3000 seats, or at least 2400 for some clubs. This rule is for this current season and also for the upcoming.
It seems that Lega Volley wants to exclude small clubs, looking like they want that volleyball would finish in Roma and not deep down in South.
The rating index of fans in the arenas also tell that more the people go to the arenas to watch the games, and more will have the game broadcasted on Rai National TV.
Once again it seems that they want to make volleyball an elite sport for the richer part of the country, and small clubs as Vibo could only be an annoying reality.
