TARANTO – In a PalaFiom sold out for the second time in this season Prisma is not able to beat Cuneo, that conquers the eight victory out of eight matches played between the two teams in their history. Taranto surrenders only at the tiebreak. The two teams did start the match with their usual starting sixs, with Taranto without middleblockerle Pavan. In the first set good start for Taranto ahead 12-8 but is Cuneo that closed the set in its favour with the score of 25-22.
Taranto starts well the second set: Nuti uses the middleblockers, and Anderson & Patriarca plays very well. Taranto flies to 13-6 first and 16-9 after. Cuneo tries to react but the set goes to Taranto.
The third set is very tight but at the end is Cuneo that is able to score the crucial break and close it in its favour.
Fourth sets with Bre Banca Lannutti willing to close the match and with Taranto desperately in need to take the match to the tiebreak. The score is very tight until 13-13 but then Taranto scores a very important break and goes ahead 20-14. The team keeps the advantage and wins the fourth set and bring the match to the final tiebreak won by Cuneo.
