Salento d’amare Taviano: Santa Croce-Taviano starts with the two capitains reading a mourning message to remember the inspector of the police Filippo Raciti, died last Friday during the soccer match Catania-Palermo.
Then the match. The two teams start to both play in the best way.
In the first set it is the home team to be in front in the score but also in the game. The two teams fight point to point until the end when Santa Croce is able to score the crucial break and wins the set 25-23.
In the second set the home team seems to play much better and the score is clearly in Santa Croce’s hands (20-16). Taviano tries to react but the Lupi closes the set 25-20.
Salento d’amare starts really well the third set. At the second time out Salento is ahead 11-16. Santa Croce is not able to recover the gap and Salento closes the third set 21-25.
But in the fourth set Santa Croce is back on track and starts to play like in the first two sets. At the second time out Santa Croce leads 16-11 and keep the advantage until the end by closing the fourth set 25-22 and by winning the whole match.
