Game 3 of the Serie A2 final will also be broadcasted live on the Lega Volley Channell. The streaming channel of the Italian Volleyball League will indeed cover the show between Potenza and Corigliano on Saturday May 9 at 8.30pm as they keep fighting to go up in the SuperLega UnipolSai 205/16.

Game 2 on Tuesday

Caffè Aiello Corigliano – B-Chem Potenza Picena. Corigliano kicked off the final series with a bang. A road win on a court Corigliano had always had difficulties (they have never won in 5 attempts). After this hard-fought 3-1 away win, Corigliano will host game 2 on Tuesday night as the dream of a come-back in the elite got a little closer. But Potenza has often proved it was not afraid to play on the road. Capable of great focus, they have gathered victories on very tough courts like Game 5 in Sora in the semi-finals just to name one.  Going back to this opening encounter of the final, Corigliano could count on an outstanding Banderò (20 points at 50%, and 5 aces). Hrazdira fired in 19 points with a terrific 74% in attack (2 aces), while Calonico did fine too, chipping in 11 points (3 blocks, 2 aces). Potenza’s downfall came mainly from a poor reception (25% and 12 aces conceded). Outside hitter Moretti was however the game top scorer with 21 points (2 blocks, 1 ace). Casoli added 17, Tartaglione 13 and Polo 12 (3 aces, 3 blocks).
