70th league presentation
With the first big event of the year, the sold-out Super Cup in Brindisi, behind us, it’s time to focus on the 70th Serie A championships UnipolSai. On Thursday October 16 in Rome, the Italian Volleyball League will present the season of the new born SuperLega. An unprecedented revolution took place in Italian sport and volleyball with a system of franchise introduced. Performances on court, attendances and finances are some of the factors that will allow the SuperLega clubs to maintain their status into the elite of Italian volleyball.
