The board of directors of the Italian Volleyball League Serie A met and confirmed the blocking of relegation for this season and proposed to the FIPAV to do it for next season too in the A1 and reduce the relegations from the A2 to the B1. The clubs will have a month and a half to study the situation of promotions and relegations for the coming seasons.
Meanwhile, it was announced the Video Check would be used in all the games of the playoffs semi-finals and finals.
