Record number of followers
The V-Day Sustenium registered a new record in men’s volleyball in the digital era. Yesterday’s thrilling final even doubled the usual number of followers of a regular season league game. At one point, over 500.000 were tuned on the game on Rai Sport 1.

Macerata wins 13th trophy
This league title represents Macerata’s 8th national title, to which five continental trophies have to be added. In its trophy cabinet there are now 2 league titles (the first in 2006), 4 Italian Cups (2001, 2003, 2008 e 2009), two Italian Supercups (2006, 2009), one Champions League won in 2002, 3 Cev Cups (2001, 2005 and 2006) and finally one Challenge Cup won last year in Turkey. This league title is therefore Macerata’s 13th overall trophy in 17 years spent in the top flight.
Five Youth National Titles must be added: 2 in the Junior League (2000, 2007), one Under 18 title in 2010 and 2 Boy League in 2004 and 2007.
