Mission accomplished to perfection in Poland for Trentino. The Italians won 3-0 against the hosts of Zaksa, redeeming themselves following the home loss against the same squad a week ago. With two games to play in the Main Phase, things have now gotten easier for Trentino as one point in two games will be enough to clinch at least second spot. One name above the others: Raphael who was extremely inspired throughout the game.
Radostin Stoytchev (coach Trentino PlanetWin365): “We knew we needed to serve and receive better than 8 days ago to win it and we were certain we could do it because we had got used to the change of ball in the first leg. We had 82% in attack with positive reception and our serving forced Zaksa to take many risks at the net and they consequently made mistakes. This is a very positive result and that’s what I liked the most. At this moment of the year, it is very important to take maximum points because this gives you confidence and helps you go up in the standings. The key moment was surely at 20 all in the second set, once we sealed it, thanks also to some mistakes from Zaksa, we started brightly the third and the game was basically over”.
