The Committee of Admission to the Serie A 2011-12 gathered today following the FIPAV’s will to insert Club Italia, the team composed of promising Italian youngsters, in the Serie A2. It met also to discuss the application of Corigliano, the only team that asked for registration to the A2 league as “back-up club”.
The Volleyball League will examine the case of the Club Italia project although bringing back up a team should only be allowed when the number of clubs taking part is not even (art.11 of Admission regulations).
