Regular season last game: Marcegaglia CMC Ravenna promoted in A1. Pineto and Club Italia go down in B1.

Playoffs and playouts begin.

 

 

Ravenna won the regular season and is therefore the one to go directly up without going through the playoffs. The story of the club is a special one: it was born out of a group of players and friends that were regularly meeting up in the summer on the beach or in the gym in 2006. Then the fusion with Gruppo Sportivo Robur, which had five titles (the last in 1966), and the fast ride up the ladder of the divisions, from B2, to B1, then a brilliant seventh place in its first year in the A2 last season.

Teams classified from 2nd to 11th will take part in the playoffs. Teams classified from 8^th to 11^th play the 8^th of final while the others are through to the quarters. Quarters, semis and final will be played with a new formula: the best classified teams will be given a 1-0 advantage. The first to put up three wins goes through.

 

Pallavolo Pineto, 15th and Club Italia 16th go down.

 

The other two teams to go down will be decided through the playouts, in which the teams classified from 12^th to 14^th will take part. Best classified teams start off with a 1-0 advantage.
