The outcome of the last round games revealed the playoff draw. San Giustino clinched the 8th spot while we now know the position of Treviso, Modena and Monza, which was still uncertain. Monza made the breakthrough and, thanks to its victory in Modena, it leapfrogs both its opponent of the day and Treviso, which lost against Castellana Grotte. The latter will go down despite the victory as Piacenza won at the tie-break in Roma. Meanwhile, we already knew that Trentino won the regular season for the fourth time in its history, while Cuneo is second, Macerata third and Verona seventh.
