It was all one-way traffic between Monza and Treviso. Monza proves it is a serious candidate for the semi-finals as it goes 2-0 up. Setter Travica was excellent as he received his MVP award for the month of March before the game. MVP of the game went to Marco Molteni.

Marco Molteni (Acqua Paradiso Monza):”We have played to near-perfection but it’s obvious that Treviso did not play at its best either, and mentally, in my opinion, they were not in it. We played our best game of the season, we have been exemplary in every aspect and now we can dream to reach the semi-finals. We can be certain that it will be a whole new game on Monday in Treviso”.

Bertand Carletti (Sisley Treviso): “We got off to a horrible start and Monza never let us any chance to breath. We had a few physical problems too, with Farina and Riccardo not hundred percent fit, but these are no excuses. We’ll have to win two games and that’s what we’ll do”.
