In the second fight point to point but at the end is Modugno that is able to close it in its favour 22-25. Third set starts not well for Batez and teammates, down 1-4 but then able to tie the score up to 17-17. But once again Modugno scores the final and crucial break and wins the set 23-25. Huge reaction in the fourth set for Cagliari able to wins it easilly for 25 – 16. So the match arrives at the tiebreak closed by Cagliari 15-12.
