Today have kicked off the Serie A2 TIM promotion playoffs. MAtch 1 of the quarterfinals have registered net home victories for Marmi Lanza Verona and Mare&Volley Forli. The Giuliani treatment works from the first outing for Verona who only suffer in the first set against Olio Pignatelli Isernia, at their debut in the playoffs, then they lead the remaining two.
Forli confirms their top shape against Codyeco Santa Croce starting their adventure in the best of ways.
At tie break, the other two matches, where Taviano and Crema won away from home. Stilcasa Salento d’amare wins in Catania against SPTTTLines, in a match the sisilians managed to take to tie break but did not close.
A bit of bitterness for Esse-ti Carilo Loreto who have not been able to capitalise the home grounds factor and the three points ahead in the fourth set, worth Crema’s KO. Fant’s men stay in the match and at tie break, galvanised by their come back, they win the set worth the victory.
