Last round of the Regular Season for the Serie A2 TIM who will go on copurt on friday the 25th of april at 18.00. After the direct promotion conquered by Tonno Callipo Vibo Valentia, the hunting for the best positions in the playoffs is open for the teams who will qualify between 2nd and 9th place.
Already qualified to the post season are Marmi Lanza Verona, Esse-ti Carilo Loreto, Mare&Volley Forlì, SP TTTLines Catania, Premier Hotels Crema, Stilcasa Salento d’amare Taviano and Olio Pignatelli Isernia, while the last available place is between Codyeco Santa Croce and Fiorese SpA Bassano. At the bottom, the last demotion will be decided between Monini Marconi Spoleto and Materdomini Volley.it Castellana Grotte.
The championship’s formula: the regular season winner will go straight to the Serie A1 TIM 2008/09. The team qualified between 2nd and 9th place will take part in the playoffs for the second promotion available to the top league. The last 5 in the final standings will be demoted.
