Abasan Bari: The bad period for Abasan Bari seems without an end. The team got defeated also in Corigliano for the fifth consecutive time and keep staying at the botton of the Serie A2 Standing.
The results asked by the Club during the week didn’t come but Matheus and teammates played a good match, at least in terms of spirit, determination and attitude.
Corigliano is a very strong team and even stronger when they play at home so it is important o point out also that the task was very hard. Bari started the match with: Astolfi setter, Matheus opposite, Joao Paulo and Valente middleblockers, Enoch and Danilo Gallotta spikers, Giacomo Viva libero.
The match is always in Coigliano hands. Coach Giuliani’boys served very well and they have never been in too much trouble.
After the fifth defeat in a row, now there will be a very important and crucial match for Bari next week against the second last team of the standing: Spoleto. It will probably be the last chance to keep hoping in the salvation of the team.
