Another Road win in the eighth finals of Playoff Challenge, with Top Volley Latina who defeated Revivre Milano at PalaYamamay in Busto Arsizio, tying the series and forcing Milano to come back in Latina for Game 3. Daniele Bagnoli’s team fought back with pride, forcing Game 3 next wednesday at 20.30 at PalaBianchini. Agreat game by italian national team setter Daniele Sottile, who inspired a great Alessandro Fei, 26 points and 67% in attack for the veteran opposite, well supported by japanese Yuki Ishikawa, 14 points for him. For Revivre milano big troubles in the fundamental of serve, 22 total errors for Luca Monti’s team, and some high and lows for the hammers Adamajtis 19 points with 54% , Skrimov 15 with 56% and Hoag 14 with 40%.

Riccardo Sbertoli (Revivre Milano): “We are in trouble in key games, we have the confimr of this. We are not able to save energies and to step up in the crunch time. Latina was great, alot of people probably thought they would come here for a surrender, but they fought back winning with authority. We struggled in all the fundamentals, now we have to move on, we don’t have alot of time, on wednesday we’ll play Game 3″.

Alessandro Fei (Top Volley Latina): “On today we played better than Game 1, we grabbed this important result, the club wants to go ahead in the tournament and on tonight we won this game who bring us to Game 3 in front of our fans next wednesday. In last weeks we were disappointed for not reaching the Playoffs, on tonight we stepped up, but have to improve to be again the best Latina of the season”.
