In Plusliga Asseco Resovia is in second place in the standings behind Zaksa Kedzierzyn-Kozle (the team coached by Fefè De Giorgi, who will play in PlayOff 12 versus Belogorie Belgorod). Last game between Modena and Resovia was 22nd march 2008, when Pallavolo Modena coached by Andrea Giani won 2008 Challenge Cup at RCWS Podpromie in Rzeszow versus the home team.
