Vidya Viridex Sabaudia has achieved its goal once again. Salvation in the very complicated A3 series championship, obtained with one round to spare and automatic qualification for the play-offs for promotion to A2, project the Pontine team into an even more intense phase of the season also because, in the play-offs, captain Samuel Onwuelo and his teammates will have to deal with the leaders Sorrento, the team that dominated the blue group standings.

«For the second consecutive year, the Sabaudia team has achieved its salvation goal, we are all very happy about this and we are even more so because we represent an important territory and we bring it throughout Italy by wearing this shirt – explains Simone Rovedi, sole director of the Sabaudia Club – We must congratulate everyone who works for our company, the technical staff, the team and all the collaborators and fans who follow us with great consistency, but we must not forget the sponsors who support our project. What do I expect from the future? In the meantime we have to conclude the season by playing the play-offs and, at the same time, we are already working for the future. It is clear that to raise the bar, more financial resources would be needed, we would need new sponsors who can give us the opportunity to consolidate our project and push it towards more ambitious goals, but this will only be possible with greater support from this industrious territory that we represent throughout the year.
