The preparation of Rinascita Volley Lagonegro has resumed at full speed in view of the next Serie A3 Credem Banca match, scheduled for Sunday 2 March against BCC Castellana Grotte.
After the weekend break dedicated to the Final Four of the Del Monte Coppa Italia, which saw Romeo Sorrento triumph, coach Waldo Kantor’s group met at the Palasport of Villa d’Agri to continue their work and rewind the tape after a few days of well-deserved rest.
“We return to the gym to face this final rush before the start of the playoff phase – the words of the second coach, Giuseppe Pisano – The boys, who I must thank for the great work done in recent weeks, are excited and ready to work hard to continue the path taken so far”.
The positive streak of four consecutive victories in the last period has had a significant impact on the team’s morale: “The climate in the gym is very pleasant – comments Pisano – the boys are very dedicated to their work and focused on what the objective is, which is to compete with everyone Sunday after Sunday, without ever sparing themselves”.
Castellana Grotte and Sorrento are the last opponents of the regular season, then the start of the playoffs: “Two important matches await us, not only for the purposes of the ranking, but above all to get closer to the final stages as best as possible – concludes the second coach – so we can’t do anything other than continue working undaunted and be ready as early as Sunday”.
