The collaboration between Sir Susa Vim Perugia and Suntory Sunbirds of Osaka officially begins.
The Italian champion volleyball club and the reigning Japanese champion club, together in a partnership that looks ahead, aiming for mutual collaboration to grow and broaden their horizons.
The partnership had already been anticipated at the beginning of the season, when last October 20th, on the occasion of a home match of the Block Devils, the general manager of Suntory Sunbirds was an unofficial guest in Perugia, and today it was made official through a press conference that took place in Osaka, in the club’s conference room, in the presence of over 50 of the most important accredited national newspapers. A world showcase for Sir Susa Vim Perugia which had ample space in the conference with the connection from Italy, live from the headquarters, of the president Gino Sirci:
«Today we announce this collaboration to the world: for Sir Susa Vim Perugia it is a great achievement, no one has done like us so far. It’s a great honor and a great satisfaction.”
With these words, President Sirci greeted the large audience of Japanese journalists present, underlining the importance of this collaboration for Perugia.
