Sir Sicoma Monini Perugia and Mint Vero Volley Monza are back to compete on international soil. After the first leg match a week ago – valid for the first leg quarter-finals of the CEV Champions League – they will meet again under the net tomorrow evening (8:30 p.m.), when the Pala Barton Energy in Perugia will host the match that will give one of the two teams the pass to the Champions League Final Four. The first leg match saw Perugia win away with a score of 3-1: Perugia, to advance to the next round and avoid the Golden Set, will have to win at least two sets; if Monza wins 3-1 or 3-0, the Golden Set will be played. The Champions League Final Four will be played in Lodz, Poland, from May 16 to 18. The Polish team Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie have already booked their place in the final of the event, having defeated the German team SVG Luneburg in the quarter-finals.
