Avimecc Modica continues preparations in view of the final rush of the regular season of the A3 volleyball championship. Coach Enzo Distefano’s blue and whites, in fact, train at the usual pace at the “PalaRizza”, despite the championship stopping for the final four of the Italian Cup.

The “Galletti” will undergo a double training session today before the “break the ranks” at the end of the weekend. Enzo Distefano and his staff, in agreement with the club, have in fact decided to grant three days of rest to the entire squad to “switch off” a bit and dedicate themselves a little to family affection.

In fact, the blue and white athletes, after training this afternoon, will meet at the “PalaRizza” on Monday to prepare for the last home match of the regular season against league leaders Sorrento.

Coach Enzo Distefano takes stock of what has been done so far and what awaits the County’s sextet: “In Castellana – explains the coach of Avimecc Modica – we didn’t perform the same as with Campobasso and Sabaudia. On the other side of the net we found a team that was much more motivated than us and who had a better approach to the match than us. Castellana had a firm grip on the game for all three sets and deservedly won. Now the championship stops for the final four of the Italian Cup and then we will conclude the regular season with a match at the “PalaRizza” with Sorrento and one away at Gioia del Colle.
