PLAY OFF SERIE A2 CREDEM BANCA – THE FORMULA
The top seven teams at the end of the Credem Banca Serie A2 Regular Season participate in the Play Offs: the first team directly accesses the Semifinals, while the teams ranked from 2nd to 7th place play the Quarter Finals. All the Play Off series are the best of three challenges. The teams ranked 13th and 14th at the end of the Regular Season are relegated. There will be no Play Outs. The series of the Play Off Quarter Finals of the Credem Banca Serie A2 has a double value: the winning teams, in addition to qualifying for the Play Off Semifinals, automatically access (together with the first team in the Regular Season) also the Quarter Finals Del Monte ® Coppa Italia Serie A2. The teams defeated in the Play Off Quarter Finals instead, start in the Coppa Italia from the Round of 16, together with the teams ranked from 8th to 12th place. The pairing between the 4 winners of the Round of 16 and the 4 teams already qualified for the Quarter-finals will be drawn.
