Antonino Suraci, spiker from Reggio Emilia, explains how the team is training in this pre-season: “We are absolutely in the middle of the work. We are training a lot, we still do a lot of weight sessions in the gym, we are pushing hard to arrive in the best possible condition at the start of the championship, but also to get some satisfaction during joint training. The one against Mantua will be an excellent test match because they are a team built to do well in A3 and therefore they will certainly put us in difficulty. They will want to try to surprise us and we have to prove that we are a solid team.”
Mattia Gottardo, spiker of Volley Tricolore: “Like last week we are trying to work on our game. In the end, the joint training with Modena didn’t go badly. We saw good things during the week, which we brought back into the game afterwards. We continue to work on what the coach asks of us to prepare ourselves, rather than for the next test match, to be ready for the first day of the championship. From training with Mantova I expect to add a few more pieces to the team and a good attitude as is It was the one against Modena.”
