Verona Volley and KS Norwid Częstochowa join forces, creating a collaboration that allows them to bring together the experience of the SuperLega Credem Banca – a point of reference for international volleyball – with that of the PlusLiga, the top Polish championship, one of the most important and prestigious worldwide.
The common objective will be the joint development of young talents at different stages of their sporting journey. The fusion and expertise of coaches and supervisors of the two parties involved will be at the heart of the collaboration. Furthermore, a commercial synergy will be built for sponsors and companies.
Krzysztof Wachowiak, President of KS Norwid, said: “I sincerely thank Verona Volley for the opportunity to collaborate. We get an excellent partner who meets the highest standards of professionalism. Our partnership will be based on creative and unconventional solutions, enriching the knowledge and experience of the people in our club responsible for training future champions. Verona’s training and scouting methods are considered exemplary. This is a very interesting challenge for Norwid and an opportunity to develop in a new direction. I am convinced that we are talking about a cooperation in which both parties can potentially gain a lot in terms of growth.”
Lukasz Zygadlo, director of KS Norwid, supported: “I am happy that KS Norwid Częstochowa is establishing a collaboration with a club like Verona Volley. This partnership opens up new development opportunities for the club, both for our players and coaches, as well as for building strong relationships with fans and sponsors. In recent seasons Verona Volley has brilliantly demonstrated how to create an atmosphere that engages a wide range of fans: I imagine a similar energy in the HSC room. For sponsors, this is a unique opportunity to get involved in a project that attracts attention, arouses emotions and has great development potential. Together we can create something special.”
A collaboration strongly desired by Radostin Stoytchev, Head Coach of Rana Verona: “For me it is a source of great pride to start such an important collaboration. We have united two realities that have the same philosophy, that is, accompanying young athletes during their journey until they reach a high level in the volleyball field. We managed to create a project that starts now but that we want to continue for a long time. We will need it to grow further at a corporate level, but also to improve our know-how as coaches. We will work closely together to set clear objectives, because we have in mind what we want to achieve.
