Fresh from two years in the Plusliga at Stal Nysa, where he played a total of 65 matches with an impressive 119 points, including 31 aces and 39 blocks, Zhukouski perfectly embodies the profile of the modern setter, capable of combine a wise distribution of play with excellent physical skills in the fundamentals of blocking and serving. Worthy of note, in this regard, is the last season he played in the Polish top flight, where he was the protagonist of the splendid run of Stal Nysa, who closed the regular season in 7th place in the playoff zone of one of the most important championships in the world, together with the Italian Super League.
