From today at the IlT Daily Arena the men’s Itas Trentino will train for the first time, after forty days of preparation, as a full squad towards the Final Four of the 2024 Super Cup. In anticipation of the match in Florence (21 and 22 September), Fabio Soli in fact he found Flavio Gualberto again (returning to the group after having witnessed the birth of his son Theo in Brazil in the previous week) and welcomed Alessandro Bristot into the group, on his first real day as a senior Trentino Volley player after having completed the entire process in the youth sector yellow-blue.
The striker from Belluno, who was busy in Greece until last week to play the European Under 20s in the category, has in fact officially begun his experience in the first team with today’s two sessions (weights in the morning, ball in the afternoon) proposed from the program on the day of resumption of training. The seventh week of preparation that began today will be the most significant of the entire summer for the European Champions, who will take to the field three times between 11 and 15 September for as many official commitments. In fact, the challenge against Piacenza is scheduled for Wednesday in Schio which will award the 2nd Trophy of the city of Scledo, while between Saturday and Sunday the 3rd Astori Ferramenta Trophy will be played in Montichiari, a quadrangular tournament which will also see Piacenza, Verona and Modena (adversaries of the gialloblù in the semi-final on 14 September).
