Tinet Prata has always tried to present itself as a positive reference for the entire territory, not only provincially, but also regionally, considering that it is the only men’s Serie A team in Friuli Venezia Giulia. In recent years, in addition to the now consolidated partnership with Promoturismo and the Io Sono Friuli Venezia Giulia brand, there has been a happy collaboration with the Cooperativa Piancavallo 1265 which manages tourist and sports services in the most important Pordenone mountain area.
The creation of the VP College should also be understood in this sense, a week of volleyball improvement that Volley Prata has been organizing in Piancavallo for two years now and which in the last week of August brought to the Pordenone mountain resort over one hundred young people aged from 9 to 18 coming from other countries. only from 8 Italian regions (Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Lombardy, Trentino Alto Adige, Piedmont, Tuscany, Sardinia, Puglia), but also from several European states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Spain, Switzerland).
To consolidate the good relationships even further, while simultaneously taking advantage of the excellent sports facilities and welcoming accommodation facilities, Tinet Prata will move to Piancavallo for a pre-season retreat which will allow them to refine their technical preparation and, at the same time, unite the group even more led by Coach Mario Di Pietro.
The group will move to Piancavallo after the weights session on Friday 30 August and will remain on high ground until the evening of Sunday 1 September.
