Itas Trentino remains on the Del Monte Boy League podium. Five years after the last time the Under 14 national championship of Lega Pallavolo Serie A was played (it was 2019 and in that case it was the Club of via Trener that triumphed), the yellow-blue team has in fact managed to achieve a prestigious placement on the last day of the Final Eight played this weekend in Fano.
The boys coached by Matteo Zingaro wore the bronze medal around their necks thanks to this afternoon’s 2-1 victory over Padova in the Final which awarded third place. The prompt reaction to the 0-2 defeat suffered this morning against Brugherio in the semi-final therefore allowed us to obtain the lowest position on the podium step for the third time in ten overall participations, closing in the best possible way an experience in which the Itas Trentino was able to boast three victories in a total of five matches played.
