Today is the day of arrivals, the one in which the Cosedil Saturnia Acicastello players will meet together with the staff and clubs, arriving from all over Italy and the world. The training camp, as per tradition, will be held at the Sigonella Inn and will officially start tomorrow with the first team activities.
On the time table for the biancoblu, for tomorrow, Friday 9 August, there are medical visits and a team meeting. The technical staff will meet in the morning to finalize the final details of a program that leaves nothing to chance, as mister Camillo Placì says: “On Saturday we enter the gym, with the first weights session. The boys will meet Lecouna first, the athletic trainer, to carry out the entrance tests, which follow the monitoring done remotely, will work on strength and in an individual manner”.
First session on Monday afternoon at PalaCatania starting at 5.30pm with the first ball training session with open doors: “We will brush up on the fundamentals, but without jumping to avoid overloads. Soon we will find the right balance and work together on the game systems”.
For the team to be complete we will wait until the end of August when the American Will Rottman will also join his teammates once his competitive commitments in the United States have concluded.
