Spending time together with colleagues, for activities not related to work life, such as sports or creative pastimes, capable of strengthening relationships and team spirit: this is the heart of the team building staged today at PalabancaSport.
Held by Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza and Borman Consulting, the team building featured employees of Gas Sales Energia and CGI Holding. For a day, volleyball and sporting experience were the sharing tool to enhance the company’s managerial skills and improve the dynamics of the group.
An intense day with briefings during which everyone’s objectives were identified, experience on the field with volleyball matches between the teams made up of employees of Gas Sales Energia and CGI Holding, feedback, integrations of company concepts.
At the speakers’ table Valter Borellini who has been dealing with this type of team building for years as well as Andrea Anastasi, coach of Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza, who had the task of explaining what volleyball is, the only team sport in in which there is no individual action since to score a point it is necessary for at least two players, if not three, to touch the ball.
Welcomed by Hristo Zlatanov General Director of Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza, the participants, after a welcome coffee, sat down in the stands of the PalabancaSport for a technical briefing, to listen to the speeches of the various speakers and then off to the pre-match warm-up of the “athletes” and athletes” led by Davide Grigoletto, athletic trainer of Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza.
