Today, Sieco Service Impavida Pallavolo Ortona, through its President Andrea Lanci, has given a mandate to the lawyer Nicola Napolione to file an appeal with the CONI Sports Guarantee Board, based in Rome, concerning the appeal of the C.U. provision n. 5/2024 issued by the Sports Court of Appeal, which ordered the repetition of the Serie A3 National men’s volleyball match n. 1228, disputed on 24 November 2024 between Aurispa Alessano Lecce and Sieco Service Impavida Pallavolo Ortona, in order to obtain the complete reform of the aforementioned provision
The lawyer Nicola Napolione, of the Chieti Court, an expert in sports law, will file the appeal and the related consequential documents in the next few days.
