Another championship at the starting line: after the start of the SuperLega Credem Banca and the Serie A2, which this weekend will see the teams engaged respectively for the third and second round of the Regular Season, the Blue Group of the Series will also start this weekend A3 Credem Banca, while for the Girone Bianco it will be necessary to wait until the weekend of 20 October. Four races will start at 6.00 pm on Sunday 13 October, with Gaia Energy Napoli and Romeo Sorrento closing the round at 7.00 pm.
Compared to the 2023/24 season, some changes have been made: Serie A3 Credem Banca will always offer two promotions to Serie A2, and they will both be assigned via Play Offs in which the teams from 1st to 8th place in each Group will participate , starting from the Quarter Finals between teams from the same group. Semi-finals will follow between teams from different groups, the two teams that win the Finals will obtain promotion to Serie A2 Credem Banca. Quarters and Semifinals will be played as the best of three matches, while the Finals will be played as the best of five.
As regards the Play Outs, however, this is the new formula: at the end of the Regular Season, the last three teams in the Blue Group and the last two in the White Group will take part in a round-robin round. The last three in the final ranking will be relegated, the top two will be saved.
