“It’s going well.
The team is training very well.
It’s a young group, mixed with guys who have already played this type of championship.
They are working to create the team structure: I think the most difficult thing is this.
It’s a group that has never played together.
I see them well, also because the commitment is maximum.
We work with two sessions a day: during joint training I saw significant partial growth.
I think we are well placed in the fundamentals of the attack.
Mister Polimeni is working on the “break” phase.

Some things need to be put in place: we have a very young setter, but with experience in the category, Lorenzo Esposito. It can be a great year for him.
We are well covered on the opposite sides: Spagnol is an emerging player who has a lot of desire, our Captain Laganà is the certainty.
The technical group can improve a lot.
Our American Kevin Lamp, comes from College, is his first experience in Italy. At the beginning, thanks to some different fundamentals between Italy and the United States, he had some difficulties: Mister Polimeni is working hard on him, including on this. He has a great desire to do things and can stand out. Physically he is impressive. In attack he is impressive and has good blocking fundamentals.
