Highly competent physiotherapy and osteopathic staff confirmed for 2024-25
The synergy with Gioiella Prisma Taranto and the physiotherapist Aldo Portulano, with collaborators Francesco Portulano and Giuliano D’Aprile also continues for the 2024-25 season.
Important collaboration for the rossoblù club which counts on the proven experience and professionalism of Dr. Aldo Portulano, historic volleyball physiotherapist in Taranto.
Aldo Portulano graduated in Bari in Rehabilitation Therapy.
He has been carrying out this job for 40 years: he started at the Diagnosis and Therapy institute at the “Marangi” centre. He was the first physiotherapist of the rossoblù team since the days of Magna Grecia Volleyball, including the season in which the club played the championship in Martina Franca. In the last year of absence from the world of volleyball, as in previous years, he had the opportunity to collaborate with Taranto Calcio. In this new collaboration with the “Fisio Elite” studio, Francesco Portulano, a graduate in Physical Education and a valid collaborator in the physiotherapy staff, will also play an important role.
At the same time, “Fisio Élite” also remains available alongside Prisma Taranto Volley, the physiotherapy studio located in Taranto in via Lazio 15.
The “Fisio Elite” studio is the point of reference for all the athletes of Prisma Taranto Volley and Taranto athletes for the care and rehabilitation of athletes and others.
The words of Aldo Portulano: “We had a fairly calm season from a medical point of view, all the muscle injuries were treated and resolved in a short time, therefore they did not affect the context of the matches. The staff has all been confirmed and we are working in synergy, the collaboration with the Elite studio continues and together with Giuliano D’Aprile and Checco who collaborate in the locker room we have managed to create a nice working team in the locker room: both know how to move well and they grow by learning quickly, meeting the needs of athletes.
