Six teams participate in the 5th Place Play Offs, which award the winner a place in the 2025 Challenge Cup: Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza, Cucine Lube Civitanova, Rana Verona and Valsa Group Modena who emerged losers from the Quarter Finals of the Scudetto Play Offs, as well as at Cisterna Volley and Pallavolo Padova respectively ninth and tenth in the standings at the end of the Regular Season.
The six teams will play a one-way round robin which includes five matches for each team. Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza will play three matches at PalabancaSport and two away. The 4 best teams play in the Semifinals and Final in a single match at the home of the best ranked team at the end of the tournament. All races will be broadcast on VBTV.
From today, Saturday 30 March, the sale of a mini-season ticket for the next three home matches of the red and white team’s group begins: Sunday 7 April (4.00 pm) with Rana Verona, Wednesday 10 April (8.00 pm) with Valsa Group Modena and Wednesday 17 April (8.30 pm) with Cucine Lube Civitanova. The mini-season ticket also includes, if the team plays them and if they are played at PalabancaSport, the possible semi-final (Monday 22 April) and final (Saturday 27 April).
The home matches of the 5th Place Play Offs are included in the All Inclusive season ticket and thanks to the “At PalabancaSport with a friend” initiative, each season ticket holder will be able to purchase a ticket for a friend, only at the PalabancaSport ticket office on the day of the match, cost of €8 and a friend who can sit in the same sector as the season ticket holder while seats last.
