The two coaches will collaborate with coach Castellano also in the 2024/2025 season, bringing great passion and the experience gained over many years together with Volleyball Macerata. Marco Pacetti and Ettore Martusciello worked as technicians in the red and white youth sector and with the first team in Serie A and for next year they will again be assistant coaches, closely following Volley Banca Macerata.

“I thank Pallavolo Macerata, it’s always an honor to work here,” comments Pacetti, “There’s a lot of enthusiasm, we come from a championship victory that we’ve been waiting for for years and now we’re starting again in A2 with a solid, close-knit staff, you can say that we were born together and this is a great strength of the team.” You will also have an extra year of collaboration with Castellano behind you, “A good relationship has been created with the coach. We often compare notes and we work well together, it is a fundamental aspect for obtaining important results and also represents a solid basis for the commitment that awaits us in A2. I have already experienced the category with Macerata, I know that we will have to work even more on studying the matches and in training.”

Martusciello is also ready for the work that awaits the team with the jump in category, “In A2 there is growth in terms of technique and physique, we know this, we discussed with the staff and we have planned the activities for the next season. We can’t wait to get started.” This year we start again with several new features, “We will have to work to recreate a good group with the important roster that built the club but nothing scares us, we know what to do and we are a united staff, where highly experienced and capable professionals work. Last year too there were difficulties and we overcame them all thanks to the harmony that exists between us; it is an aspect that the athletes have recognized and appreciated. We have grown as a staff together with the team and we have obtained a well-deserved promotion, now we will give our best in A2 too”.
