The Italian Volleyball Federation has ordered a minute’s silence before the start of all the volleyball matches that will be played in Tuscany today, Saturday 17 February 2024, and tomorrow, in memory of the victims caused by the tragic accident that occurred yesterday in construction site in via Mariti in Florence.
On the Serie A Credem Banca pitches, the minute of silence will therefore be held at the “Giancarlo Parenti” Palasport before the match between Santa Croce and Reggio Emilia, scheduled for Sunday 18 February.
The Serie A Volleyball League and FIPAV express their closeness to the families of the victims and to the people injured in the accident.
