The Regular Season of the SuperLega Credem Banca championship has reached the halfway point, the return round is underway and for Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza it begins on Sunday 15 December at the PalaPanini at 8.30pm (live on Rai Sport, Volleyballworld.tv and Sportpiacenza.it) with Valsa Group Modena.
In the first leg, at the debut in the championship, the Via Emilia derby smiled on Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza who won 3-1 in front of the friendly fans (25-18, 21-25, 25-23, 25-23) .
After finishing the first round in fifth place, Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza, after the trip to Modena, is awaiting two consecutive home matches before the trip to Verona for the Quarter Finals of the Italian Cup.
Andrea Anastasi (Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza Coach): “We are resuming a path that had given us a lot of satisfaction but was then slowed down by the absence of some players due to injury. The boys in the gym are working very well, a complicated match awaits us in Modena either due to the caliber of the opponents or because we are both coming off a defeat but I am confident because little by little we are getting back to our full strength and I see a lot of desire in the group to do well. I also expect the same stubbornness seen in Perugia in Modena.”
