The athletic training of OmiFer Palmi continues unabated. After the break on August 15, the team returned to work with renewed energy. The boys are working hard in the weight room to strengthen the physical base necessary to face the challenges of the season, all under the expert guidance of coach Andrea Radici. Dr. Vincenzo Genovese, Head Physiotherapist of the team, also plays a fundamental role in this phase, who ensures, together with Dr. Nicolò Pecora, Social Doctor, that each athlete is monitored and supported to maintain the best possible physical condition. Dr. Genovese, thanks to his experience and the work coordinated with the new physiotherapist Simone Viola, contributes decisively to preventing and managing any injuries, ensuring that the players are always in top shape.

In the meantime, the management has announced the arrival of Alessandro Cavicchia: the new support for athletic training. «Alessandro is a recognized professional in the field of sports training, specialized in improving athletic performance and promoting optimal motor development. With a solid foundation of scientific knowledge, Cavicchia transforms the physical capabilities of athletes, leading them to reach new levels of performance. In this crucial pre-season phase, he will support Marcello Di Fartigianato, helping to perfect the team’s preparation to better face the challenges of the Serie A2 championship. His experience and expertise represent a fundamental added value for Omifer Palmi which is aiming for a successful season, built on solid foundations and high level preparation”, underlined OmiFer Palmi, who also presented Simone Viola as the new physiotherapist for the 2024/25 season. «With his experience and attention to detail, Simone will work closely with our athletes, ensuring they are always in top physical shape to best face the challenges of the A2 Series».
