An intense and pleasant evening was the official presentation of the new shirts, in which the team and all the friends of the Ionian club were presented in the splendid location of the Relais Histò.
Tonio Bongiovanni, president of the club, and Elisabetta Zelatore, vice president, then took the floor to renew the bond between the team and its partners: “Today we not only celebrate the launch of the new shirts, but we renew the bond between our team and its most precious partners, that is you, who with your trust and support accompany us every step of the way. This project is the result of continuous collaboration and a strong sense of belonging, which is reflected in the values we carry forward season after season.
The presentation came to life with the team being called to the stage, starting with the technical staff. Among the applause of the public, the managers and athletes paraded in the new uniforms created by Kappa, a prestigious technical sponsor. The shirts, with short sleeves and V-neck, feature a slim fit sublimated Jersey design in red and navy, made of recycled polyester and elastane, with nylon stitching to offer greater comfort and elasticity. Hydroway protection technology guarantees breathability and effective release of body heat, and every detail has been designed to avoid rubbing on the skin and ensure total comfort.
The new captain Filippo Lanza then gave the charge for the season, followed by the German setter Jan Zimmermann, who said he was enthusiastic about being part of the project: “I am honored to be part of this great family. I feel the affection of the fans and everyone’s support, and I’m ready to give my all for the team.”
