Inspiration, talent and athletic freshness in the control room. The Cucine Lube Civitanova engages the emerging setter Mattia Boninfante, born in 2004, 190 cm tall, native of Venice, with a three-year contract.
Coming from the Valsa Group Modena, where he was able to refine his technique side by side with the former Lube Bruno Mossa De Rezende, the new red and white setter is a son of art. His father Dante, new coach of Gioiella Prisma Taranto after three years in Prata and his experience as coach of Greece, has a long career as a dribbler in Serie A behind him.
In addition to winning as a protagonist in 2021/22 the Promotion from A3 and a category Italian Cup with the shirt of the Tinet Prata of Pordenone, Mattia also stood out two years ago in A2, again with the Friulian team, and then landed in the last season in Modena and taste the SuperLega Credem Banca. Boninfante’s name has been circulating for years in the international scene thanks to the exploits of the youth selections.
