The youth sector of Marino Pallavolo, developed in collaboration with Cisterna Volley, which sees the two entities working in symbiosis in the “insiemesiamopiuforti” project, took part in the prestigious Moma Winter Cup 2024, one of the most relevant international youth volleyball tournaments, which takes place annually in Modena. A prestigious event that represented a fundamental testing ground for evaluating the competitiveness and growth of the teams in view of the crucial phase of the season, with the boys from Marino having the opportunity to compete with over 30 high-level teams from all over Italy and from abroad. Leading the three participating teams for Marino Pallavolo are coaches Francesco Ronsini (Under19), Stefano Vazzana (Under17), Emanuele Rizza (Under15) and scoutman Diego Nuccitelli.

The tournament saw the participation of the Under 15, Under 17 and Under 19 categories, who all achieved very important results. The Under 17 team became champions, winning the trophy for the third consecutive year with an impeccable performance. After winning all matches 2-0, the team faced an exciting final against Vero Volley at PalaPanini. The MVP recognition awarded to captain Mattia Pagni is particularly significant, testifying to the quality of the game expressed by the entire team.

The Under 19 team also demonstrated a high level of competitiveness, reaching the semi-final after a high-profile journey.
