The news continues in Casa Impavida. After revealing the name of the new coach, it’s time to get to know the armed wing for the 2024/2025 season of the Serie A3 Credem Banca. This is the opposite Luca Rossato, coming from Monge Gerbaudo Volley Savigliano.

Born in Latina on January 27, 2001, Luca Rossato is a young Opposto, 200 centimeters tall. Luca took his first steps in the world of volleyball by playing at the age of 14 in the youth sector of Sabaudia. The impact must be good because the following year Luca is signed to play with the first team in Serie B. Starting from 2018, the paths of Sabaudia and Rossato separate and on the contrary the door to the Top opens Latina Volleyball.

Latina sounds like “Super League” but for Luca Rossato there is first a season of acclimatization with the youth teams playing an Under 20 Championship and a Serie C. The turning point then comes in the 2019/2020 season and Luca Rossato is called to play the Super league with the Top Volley Cisterna Latina shirt. His debut in the top flight came in the following season, the 2020/2021, in which he recorded 13 appearances, especially as a tactical weapon in service.

To take off, however, the young Rossato needs to learn his skills and so he begins his upward trajectory by choosing to play in A3. So we start again from where it all began. Sabaudia, who in the meantime has conquered the third national series, welcomes him back into his arms. In the first season he will score 157 points while in the second, again in the Lazio town, he will score more than double: 375.
