After the first 11 days of the meeting and observing the Sunday break, the Cucine Lube Civitanova is preparing to carry out a new, even more demanding week of work. The meeting is set for tomorrow (Monday 19 August) at the Eurosuole Forum in Civitanova Marche. The gradual increase in loads and athletic efforts will be monitored in detail by coach Giampaolo Medei’s staff, who from time to time will introduce ad hoc technical sessions for the two setters and targeted exercises also for the rest of the team. Starting from Monday until Saturday morning, the kids will live in symbiosis between the weight room, the Palas gym and the synthetic of the Santa Maria Apparente football field, with the only break scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
